We're excited to have your interest in the 2026 Rural STEM Summit.

Location: This year we will be hosting the Summit at MidWestern University, Cactus Wren Hall. 19555 N 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308. September 3-4, 2026, with setup on the afternoon of September 2, 2026.
Attendance: We anticipate 175-220 attendees this year from a range of organizations and educators that support STEM learning. We will have participants from sectors that include: K20+ and Informal STEM Educators, STEM program developers and directors, STEM non-profits, museums, government agencies, and STEM Advocates.
Exhibitor Expectations: One motivator of the team that leads this project is the desire to push the envelope using research for Rural STEM Learning. With that in mind our agenda will be focused on research to practice projects, support and advocacy, STEM Workforce development, and collaborations. Attendees over the last three years have expressed interest in relationship building, culturally and regionally focused hands-on activities, and advocacy support. To facilitate this the Exhibitor fee includes the following:
1. 1 paid registrations including meals during the Summit. Additional registrations are available at the regular Summit price *.
2. All exhibitors will have access to a 6-foot table in the exhibit hall (power is included, but limited, please contact Kal for details).
3. All exhibitors signed up prior to Friday, August 15, 2025 will be included in an exhibitor page on the Summit Website and included in the Summit collateral and marketing materials.
4. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in the breakout sessions and networking opportunities with Summit attendees.
Exhibitor Participation Fee:
January 1, 2026 - July 03, 2026: $145.00
July 04, 2026 - August 22, 2026 - $205.00
Non-Profit organization discount:
January 1, 2026 - June 03, 2025: $90.00
July 1, 2026 - August 22, 2025 - $125.00
*additional exhibitor registration fee (please confirm with Cathy):
- $95: Early Bird Registration (January 1 - May 15. 2026)
- $125: Regular Registration (May 16 - August 22, 2026)
- $185: Late Registration (August 23 - September 2, 2026)
